Pilates at S.H.A.P.E. Studio
Pilates is a form of exercise founded by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century.
This discipline includes mat exercises as well as various machines which have springs and pulleys to create a non impact work load.
The focus is to re align and define the physique while moving through dynamic stability, using breathwork and deep core postural muscles.

Pilates is good for all kinds of individuals. You go at your own pace with the gentle guidance of the instructor in a safe and fun environment. People that are young or older, pregnant have osteoporosis and more can enjoy pilates.
